I’ve worked and collaborated with Darryl on two new construction projects. Both projects went really well. | Cassandra P.Depends on the specifics of your project. However, our goal is to complete the project with an estimated completion date list on contract with the expectation that outside factors do not impede the completion timeframe.
Currently only Cashier’s, but electronic payments soon to be added with transaction fees attached.
Fill out the warranty request form. Include as much detail as possible, with pictures. Be sure to include the property address and contact information.
Not at this time, but plan to add renovation financing only in 2024.
We prefer to use our vendors due to our professional relationship and for warranty purposes. Further discussion can be had on this matter during consultation. However, please note that the use of client materials will decrease the amount of coverage the warranty will cover that project.
